PLANNING: LOCATION RECCE FOR CUSTODY SCENE

This Monday, My group and I needed to consider where would be the best suited location to film the custody scene. Also, this scene is important in terms of the storyline and gives the audience a deeper thesis to the origins of the occurrence throughout the film trailer. We needed something that looked authentic and we needed to have dim lighting in the room so that it shows off the authenticity we wanted to achieve. Our group came up with a suggestion that in our school main building, there is a room called 'Clive's Bath'. Below is a picture that my friend and group mate Demi took:

From what we saw when we entered the room, as a whole, we knew straight away that this was the most suitable place to film our custody scene. We brought some additional lighting equipment with us  in case we needed a close up shot of the character's face with the lamp right next to their face. I noticed that with scenes such as this, sometimes they do tend to have a lamp pointed right at their face to give the suspense feel to the scene.
